Make your ‘bark’ heard on potential dog park locations

LETHBRIDGE, AB – The City is asking residents to give their opinions on future dog parks in Lethbridge. The dog park survey is open to all residents, even those who don’t have dogs.

City Council asked City Administration to look into options for possible new dog park locations in November of 2021. The Civic Works Standing Policy Committee received information on potential locations, which the committee narrowed down after taking into consideration things like location, accessibility, and size.

Lethbridge currently has four dog parks across the city, with a fifth, ‘the Bark Park,’ underdevelopment on the north side.

The survey will be available on the City of Lethbridge website until June 27, 2022.
