Lethbridge County lifts fire restriction
LETHBRIDGE COUNTY, AB – Due to recent cooler and precipitation, Lethbridge County is once again lifting fire restrictions. It took effect at 8:30 a.m. on Tuesday, June 7, 2022.

Fire permits are also being issued again, which are required for most burning activities.
According to the Lethbridge County website, fire permit holders can burn paper products, untreated wood, yard waste, straw, and stubble. However, the county reminds residents that some items cannot be burned even with a fire permit, such as plastic and rubber.
