Trial dates set for Alberta pastor charged in connection to Coutts protest

LETHBRIDGE, AB – We now know when a Calgary man charged in connection to events at the Coutts border blockade will be on trial.
In Lethbridge Provincial Court on Monday, June 6, 2022, it was announced that Artur Pawlowski will take to the stand on February 2 and 3, 2023.
His trial will commence almost exactly one year after he was arrested near the international border crossing on February 8, 2022.
Pawlowski is charged with one count each of destroying essential infrastructure without lawful right/justification/excuse, interfering with property over $5,000, and failing to comply with release order conditions.
