Former Alouettes coach Khari Jones joins Ticats’ football operations staff
HAMILTON — Former Montreal Alouettes head coach Khari Jones has joined the Hamilton Tiger-Cats’ front office as a football operations consultant.
The Ticats announced Jones’s hiring in a release Monday.
Jones was fired by the Alouettes during the team’s Week 5 bye after a 1-3 start to the season. General manager Danny Maciocia took over behind the bench on an interim basis.
Jones was promoted from offensive coordinator to head coach by former Alouettes GM Kavis Reed before the 2019 season.
