Missing Lethbridge man found deceased

LETHBRIDGE, AB – A man who had been reported missing earlier this week has been found deceased.

The Lethbridge Police Service (LPS) says Braydon Allan Van Buuren, 30, of Lethbridge, had not been seen since Wednesday, August 10, 2022.

Officials with LPS and Lethbridge Fire & EMS conducted a search around Chinook Lake in The Uplands subdivision on Sunday, August 14, and discovered his remains.

“His death is not considered suspicious and police will not be commenting further on this matter,” reads a media release from LPS.
