Crews knock down North Lethbridge residential fire Monday night

LETHBRIDGE, AB – A fire in North Lethbridge caused an estimated $175,000 in damage Monday night.
At around 6:40 p.m. on Monday, August 29, 2022, crews responded to the residential fire on 12 Street A North. 18 firefighters with seven apparatus arrived on scene to find flames on the exterior of the home.
Responders were able to quickly bring the blaze under control.
The City of Lethbridge said paramedics transported one resident to hospital with serious but non life-threatening injuries. Additionally, one firefighter sustained minor injuries.
