Fire ban lifted for Lethbridge river valley area

LETHBRIDGE, AB – The City of Lethbridge has lifted its fire ban for the river valley area.

In a news release, city officials reminded residents to continue to take precautions when having fires in the area by using clean, dry firewood, and making sure that fires are completely extinguished before leaving them unattended.

For additional information residents are encouraged to call the Fire Prevention Office, or visit the City of Lethbridge website.
