Lethbridge, AB – The Chinook Regional Hospital Foundation has announced the return of the 28th annual Christmas Tree Festival.

It has been two years since the cherished family tradition has taken over the Lethbridge ENMAX Centre.

From November 20 to 23, 2022, guests will wander through a winter wonderland that features decorated trees, wreaths, displays, and festive activities along with a glamourous gala.

The local initiative will raise money for the Chinook Regional Hospital Foundation.

In 2019, 4,000 people raised over $160,000 for healthcare in Southern Alberta.

Allan Bartolcic, executive director at the Chinook Regional Hospital Foundation, says, “The pandemic has been so hard on everyone and has made even more people realize the importance of supporting health care.”

“We are thrilled to have so many sponsors, decorators, and supporters return, eager to help make this year extra special as we raise funds for local health care projects and needs,” he added.

Those interested in taking part in the festivities can check out the public viewings for free or take part in the family skate night on Monday, November 21 from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Parking will also be free at the ENMAX Centre for the duration of the event.
