Fort Macleod RCMP charge two people following property crime investigations
FORT MACLEOD, AB – Two people have been charged in relation to property crime investigations by the Fort Macleod RCMP.
On Monday, November 21, 2022, at 9:21 p.m., the Fort Macleod RCMP received a report of a break and enter in progress at a local business. Police say they were able to locate a vehicle that was fleeing the scene and a traffic stop was initiated. The RCMP reported that the vehicle fled from police.
A short time later, the same vehicle was found, and police say several occupants fled the scene on foot. Two suspects were later apprehended and taken into custody.
The Fort Macleod RCMP was assisted by the Nanton RCMP, Coaldale Traffic Services, and the South District Police Dog Services in the response.
