If you’re looking for a special way to ring in the new year, LNN has got you covered with all the events happening around town.

New Year’s Eve Jr. at the Owl Acoustic Lounge – December 30

It’s the last full day of the year of 2022. You can ring in the evening with local artists taking the stage at the Owl Acoustic Lounge on Friday. Starting at 9:00 p.m. you can jam along to The Decadent Phase, Lady Grime and Ol Ben. Cover for this event is by donation.

This New Year’s Eve party at the Owl Acoustic Lounge will be bringing in Canada’s Drag Race Season 2 Finalist, Kendall Gender. She will be joined by other local drag queens along with several EDM artists to put on a spectacular NYE show. Tickets are still available at Showpass.

That 70’s New Year’s Eve at Hudsons Pub – December 31

Tickets are still available for this New Year’s party at Hudsons Canada’s Pub in Lethbridge. Groove into 2023 with the pals while drinking a midnight complimentary glass of Prosecco. Party starts at 7:00 p.m. and ticket holders will have guaranteed entry until 10:00 p.m. on December 31. You can find tickets for this event online at Showpass.

Michael Moses New Year’s Eve Show at Good Times Comedy Club – December 31

Looking to get the last laugh of 2022? Well, Good Times Comedy Club has got you covered. Tickets are still available for the 9:00 p.m. show, but the celebration will continue even after the comedians take the stage as the party runs right until the wee hours of the morning. Tickets include a bottle of bubbly, charcuterie boards and a midnight ball drop with confetti.

New Year’s Eve Celebration at PURE Casino – December 31

Head on over to the Casino this weekend for a night of live music, a gourmet buffet and multiple party favors. The dinner starts at 6:00 p.m., and at 9:00 p.m., the Bamboo Guppies take the stage. Tickets can be purchased at Guest Services inside the Casino.

Christmas on the Farm: Lethbridge Corn Maze – Multiple dates in December

Check out the Lethbridge Corn Maze this weekend for a full-on holiday display at the farm. Enjoy Christmas lights, hayrides, bonfires, petting zoos, ziplines, a gift shop, and of course, a maze. The Corn Maze is open Fridays and Saturdays from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., with some additional dates added throughout the month. Tickets can be purchased at the farm, and more information can be found on the Lethbridge Corn Maze website.

Winter Light Festival at Nikka Yuko Japanese Garden – Multiple dates in December

From now until February 26, 2023, guests can see light and ice sculpture displays while learning about Japanese culture and traditions at the Winter Light Festival at Nikka Yuko Japanese Garden in Lethbridge. Tickets are available Thursday through Sunday, with additional passes available for the Kamakura [Igloo] Dome Experience or the Basha Nori [Horse and Wagon Rides].
