LETHBRIDGE, AB – On Wednesday, April 12, 2023, Lethbridge Fire and Emergency Services responded to a fire on the north side of the city.
Just before 11:00 p.m., 24 firefighters from four stations responded to a residential fire in the 1900 block of 4 Avenue North. According to first responders, upon arrival, crews saw visible smoke coming from the home’s basement window.
No injuries were reported, and crews were able to control and contain the blaze in less than 90 minutes.
An estimated value of loss is not yet known, and the cause of the fire remains under investigation.
