Fire breaks out at North Lethbridge home

LETHBRIDGE, AB – On April 25, 2023, Lethbridge Fire and Emergency Services responded to a residential fire on 18 Street North at approximately 4:00 p.m.
When crews arrived, the fire was found in a basement bedroom and the crews were quickly able to extinguish the blaze.
No injuries were reported to residents or fire crews, however, two family pets were found deceased.
The residence suffered significant smoke damage estimated at around $200,000 to repair.
