Lethbridge Hurricanes trade Laventure to Broncos

LETHBRIDGE, AB – The Lethbridge Hurricanes have sent 2003-born forward Tyson Laventure to the Swift Current Broncos.
In return, the Hurricanes acquired a fourth round pick in the 2026 WHL Prospects Draft.
Laventure joined the Hurricanes in the 2021-22 season in a trade with the Prince Albert Raiders, and put up 23 points in the 40 games he played with Lethbridge.
In his second season with the Hurricanes, the 6’3″, 190 pound forward had 22 goals and 26 assists for 48 points in 68 games. He chipped in one point in the Hurricanes’ first round series loss to the Moose Jaw Warriors in April.
