LETHBRIDGE, AB – There are lots of events to experience in Lethbridge this weekend, and Lethbridge News Now has you covered on what’s happening.

Lethbridge Bulls games – August 4 & 5, 2023

The Lethbridge Bulls close out their home schedule on Friday, August 4 with a game against the Okotoks Dawgs. The game is Fan Appreciation Night, with the movie ‘Field of Dreams’ being screened. The Bulls then finish up their season in Okotoks on Saturday, August 5. Tickets can be found at the team website.

Food Truck Fridays – August 4, 2023

Those looking to check out some different food trucks can head over to the parking lot area at Nikka Yuko Japanese Garden for Food Truck Fridays on August 4. On Fridays until September 29, various food trucks will be set up, including Santeria Taco Truck, Vesano Pizza, Piggyback Poutinerie, Macs & Custard, and many others. Lethbridge Farmers’ Market – August 5, 2023

The Lethbridge Farmers’ Market runs every Saturday until October 14, 2023 at Lethbridge & District Exhibition. Shop local vendors and stock up on produce, baked goods and other fun items. The Saturday market is from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m., with free parking and admission.

Fierce 50s – Family Show & Shine and Vendor Market – August 5, 2023

Rise Above Mental Health and Community Supports is hosting its annual Show and Shine/Vendor Market. The 2023 show has a 1950s theme, and features local adult and youth vendors, food trucks and prizes. The event takes place from 11:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. at the École La Vérendrye School Field.

CluedUpp – Beauty and the Beast Experience Lethbridge – August 5, 2023

An interactive outdoor event based on the classic fairytale. The Beauty and the Beast Experience is part escape room, part scavenger hunt that will take participants to over 20 locations across the city to help the Beast reverse the curse on him. Admission for kids is free with adult supervision, and those participating are encouraged to dress up. Tickets can be purchased here.

Beyond Van Gogh – Ends August 6, 2023

Beyond Van Gogh ends its run at the ENMAX Centre on Sunday, August 6. Guests are given a look at famous work by Van Gogh while learning about his life. Tickets can be purchased here.
