LETHBRIDGE, AB – A Lethbridge man previously charged with voyeurism is facing new charges as more alleged victims have come forward.

Neil David Fox, 37, was initially charged on August 27, 2023 after the Lethbridge Police Service (LPS) reported that a woman was watched and followed by a man in a vehicle while she was out for a run. Fox was released pending a court appearance on October 18.

Police later received multiple complaints of additional alleged incidents involving the same suspect.

The LPS said that on August 16, a man in a white truck approached a 15-year-old girl who was riding her bike in the area of the 1700 block of 23 Street North, and propositioned her for sex. The girl declined and rode away, but the man followed her, and she proceeded to hide, according to police.

Officials added that on August 28, a 54-year-old woman reported that she was approached by the suspect while sitting on her porch, and after a brief conversation, he allegedly exposed his genitals to her.

Fox was subsequently arrested again and further charged with invitation to sexual touching, criminal harassment and committing an indecent act.

He has been remanded into custody, and is scheduled to make his next court appearance on September 18, 2023. The LPS investigation is ongoing.
