LETHBRIDGE, AB – It’s Reconciliation Week in Lethbridge, and there are multiple events to mark the lead-up to the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation on Saturday, September 30, 2023.

Pop-up Gallery at City Hall – September 25-29, 2023

A pop-up art gallery has been set up at Lethbridge City Hall, showcasing the work of Indigenous artists. You can view the pieces Monday through Friday.

Reconciliation Week in Lethbridge – September 25-30, 2023

In addition to the pop-up gallery at City Hall, the City of Lethbridge is hosting multiple Reconciliation Week events. Some include an awards ceremony Monday evening and community screenings of the film, Bones of Crow at the Movie Mill. A full listing of events is available here.

University of Lethbridge Reconciliation Week – September 25-30, 2023

The Iniskim Truth and Reconciliation Calls to Action Challenge at the University of Lethbridge begins at 11:30 a.m., on Tuesday, in the University Hall atrium. A listing of events at the U of L is available here.

Lethbridge College Reconciliation Week – September 25-30, 2023

Much like the University of Lethbridge, Lethbridge College will hold a variety of events for Reconciliation Week. The post-secondary holds its Orange Shirt Day and launch on Tuesday. More details are online.

Trev & Ray at North Pops – September 27, 2023

You can head over to Pop’s Taphouse and Grill in north Lethbridge for a performance by Trev & Ray. Get your groove on, with the show beginning at 7 p.m. on Wednesday.

Lethbridge Corn Maze – Open until October 28, 2023

Celebrate the start of autumn by visiting the Lethbridge Corn Maze. It is open until October 28. The maze this year is made up of 7.5 acres of corn and 2.5 acres of sunflowers. The maze is open from 10 a.m. until 9 p.m., and this year’s theme is the viaduct of Lethbridge. More details are available here.
