LETHBRIDGE, AB – The Lethbridge College Kodiaks have added a versatile player from southern Alberta.

On Wednesday, October 4, 2023, the Kodiaks announced that Brooklyn Hardy from Cardston had signed with the team.

Hardy recently graduated from Cardston High School, having played multiple sports. She plays multiple positions on the basketball court, something Kodiaks’ head coach Ken McMurray praised.

He said, “I am excited about Brooklyn’s versatility, where she likely could play the three, four or five position.”

Hardy has enrolled in the practical nursing program at Lethbridge College. She said she is ready to make an impact on a team looking to make the playoffs again.

She elaborated, “I know with this team; I will be able to put my strengths to use and learn a lot from all the amazing girls that I am going to be playing with.”

The Kodiaks will face the Ambrose University Lions in their home opener on October 20, 2023 at 6 p.m. in the Val Matteotti Gymnasium.
