Lethbridge Police advising of upcoming night shooting exercises

LETHBRIDGE, AB – Police in Lethbridge have released a schedule of when residents may hear gunshots as part of training exercises.

The Lethbridge Police Service (LPS) said its members will be taking part in multiple night shooting training sessions this month and into early November.

The sessions are set to take place at the Lethbridge Fish and Game Range from 3 p.m. to 1 a.m. on the following dates:

• October 5, 10, 17, 19 and 30, 2023
• November 1, 2023

The LPS added that on some of these dates, training may also take place at the Police Range.
