Mobile mammography service to visit Crowsnest Pass

CROWSNEST PASS, AB – Alberta Health Services (AHS) has announced that a mobile mammography trailer will be coming to Crowsnest Pass.

The trailer, which is part of AHS’ Screen Test program will be stationed at Crowsnest Sports Complex October 27-28 and 30-31, as well as from November 1-4, and 6-7.

Women aged 45 to 74, the group most at risk of developing breast cancer, will be able to book an appointment.

The Screen Test program aims to provide access to cancer screening for women in Alberta communities where mammography is not readily available.

A list of dates and locations for the program can be found at the Alberta Health Services website.
