LETHBRIDGE, AB – The last week of November has some events going on in Lethbridge, and Lethbridge News Now has the details.

YWCA Gala – Presented by Grassroots Realty – November 28, 2023

The YWCA Gala – Presented by Grassroots Realty makes its debut on Tuesday at the Lethbridge & District Exhibition Agri-food Hub and Trade Centre.

Lethbridge Hurricanes vs. Calgary Hitmen – November 29, 2023

The Lethbridge Hurricanes return to the ENMAX Centre on Wednesday when they host the Calgary Hitmen. The Hurricanes are coming off a five-game road trip through B.C., where they won 3 out of 5 games. The game starts at 7:00 p.m., and tickets can be found on the team website.

Glow Lethbridge – November 23 – December 31, 2023

Lethbridge’s holiday light celebration is at the Lethbridge & District Exhibition Agri-food Hub and Trade Centre. Glow Lethbridge features lights in the form of landmarks like the London Bridge, Taj Mahal and Eiffel Tower, as well as a scavenger hunt, music and treats. More information can be found here.

Downtown Yoga – Wednesdays

The City of Lethbridge is running Downtown Yoga every Wednesday. The yoga takes place from 5:30 p.m. until 6:30 p.m. at the Back in Balance Wellness Centre (303 3 Avenue S.).

Nikka Yuko Winter Light Festival – November 30 – February 24.

Nikka Yuko Japanese Garden in Lethbridge is hosting its eighth annual Winter Light Festival. This year, the festival will have a ‘Celebration of the Seasons’ theme. The festival’s opening night is Thursdays, and will be open Thursdays through Sundays in November and December.

SAAG Curator’s Tour – November 30, 2023

The Southern Alberta Art Gallery is holding a Curator’s tour on Thursday. Interim Curator Adam Whitford will lead a tour of the Gallery’s current exhibitions, What breaks on the horizon? by Gabi Dao, Teach Me a Song by Elisa Harkins, and In honoured dust by Megan Feniak. Tickets can be found on the SAAG website.

Christmas at Crossings – December 1, 2023

Multiple events are set to take place in west Lethbridge on Friday to kick off December. From 10 a.m. to 11:45 a.m. at the Cavendish Farms Centre, enjoy parent & tot hockey with stick and foam pucks. There will be a public open skate from 1 p.m. to 4:15 p.m. at the centre, a holiday market from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the Cor Van Raay YMCA and much more. Further details are available here.
