2024 Polar Plunge comes to Henderson Lake

LETHBRIDGE, AB – The Lethbridge Police Service is encouraging people to sign up for the 2024 Polar Plunge.
The event raises money and awareness for Special Olympics, and the program begins at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, February 3 at Henderson Lake.
All participants must be a minimum of 16-years-old and for safety reasons, there will be no diving, cannonballs or somersaults allowed. Plungers must wear a swimsuit or other clothing, and change tents will be on-site.
Individuals or teams can register in advance here, or at 10 a.m. at Henderson Lake.
