Brooks RCMP advising public of heavy police presence

BROOKS, AB – The Brooks RCMP has lifted the heavy police presence, and confirmed there is no threat to public safety. Police said a suspect has been arrested, with no injuries reported.

BROOKS, AB – Brooks RCMP is advising of a heavy police presence in the community.

Police are warning the public of a heavy police presence in the Upland Court area of the town. A school is in the area, and police have contacted all parents, while the school board has made arrangements to make sure the students are safe.
