LETHBRIDGE, AB – The Lethbridge Hurricanes have traded forward Trae Wilke to the Red Deer Rebels.
In exchange, the Hurricanes received the 84th overall pick in the 2024 Western Hockey League Draft, along with a fourth round selection in 2026.
Wilke totaled nine goals and 25 points in 64 regular season games with the Hurricanes in 2023-24. The Saskatchewan product skated in 100 career games with the Hurricanes, collecting 33 points.
The 2024 WHL Draft began at 10 a.m. on Thursday, May 9.
