Lethbridge fire crews investigating northside garage blaze

LETHBRIDGE, AB – Lethbridge Fire and Emergency Services is investigating a northside fire.

Crews responded to a residential garage fire on 16th Street North at around 11:00 a.m. on Friday, November 1, 2024. Responders acted quickly to contain the fire, preventing it from spreading to the main residence or nearby properties.

No injuries were reported, and the damage is estimated at $60,000.

The cause and origin of the fire remain under investigation.
