LETHBRIDGE, AB – You and your family can take in spectacular displays of lights while also helping out a good cause.

The Christmas Hope campaign will have a Donations Table at this year’s Glow Lethbridge event.

Christmas Hope is a collaboration between several local non-profits that aims to provide approximately 6,500 children and 3,500 adults with gifts this Christmas season.

The partnering organizations are:

  • Lethbridge Food Bank
  • Interfaith Food Bank
  • The Salvation Army
  • Lethbridge Family Services – Angel Tree
  • MyCityCare Shop of Wonders
  • Volunteer Lethbridge

The theme for Glow Lethbridge this year is Santa’s Sleigh Adventure. In it, Santa’s sleigh has crashed, and he investigates a variety of other travel options while rounding up his reindeer.

Favourites at the event like visits with Santa, food and beverages will return alongside new activities. Those include the Twinkle Town Market to shop for holiday gifts and treats, Glen the Glow-comotive, and a new family fun area.

Friday, November 22 is the first day for Glow Lethbridge and it will run until December 31 at the Agri-food Hub & Trade Centre. Tickets can be purchased here.
