‘Help Portrait’ to offer free professional family photos in Lethbridge

LETHBRIDGE, AB – You will soon be able to take your family for a free professional photo.

The 12th annual Help Portrait Day will take place on December 14, 2024, in Lethbridge.

A team of 40 volunteers, photographers, lighting experts, makeup artists and stylists will offer free, high-quality family portraits to people in Lethbridge who, for a variety of reasons, might not be able to afford one.

Event Director and Photographer Steven Layton says the event means a lot to him.

“Every year the impact of this event touches the hearts of the whole city,” says Layton. “We have reached out to a number of community organizations to help us explain the Help-Portrait concept, and we are confident that the people who can benefit from this experience will be able to take advantage of it.”

The event will take place on December 14, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 op.m. at Quest Impact on 103-920 2A Avenue North.
