NANTON, AB – Two people have been charged in connection to multiple break and enters in Nanton.

On January 5, 2025, Nanton RCMP attended to multiple businesses for reports of mischief and break and enters to properties. Officers were able to locate evidence for the investigation at multiple scenes.

Two days later, RCMP determined that the evidence collected supported the need for a search of a property and residence. A search warrant was executed, and police seized stolen property, drugs and other evidence to support break ins to multiple properties and businesses.

As a result of the investigation, 31-year-old Dallan Moser of Nanton, and a suspect from Claresholm whose name has not been released, have been charged with the following:

·             Break and enter into a business

·             Mischief under $5000.00

·             Theft under $5000.00

·             Possession of Stolen property

Following a Judicial Release, Dalan Moser was released to attend Alberta Court of Justice in Fort MacLeod on February 5, 2025. The second accused will appear in court on April 2, 2025, in Fort Macleod.
