City of Lethbridge accepting nominations for Mighty Neighbors: Winter Warrior initiative

The City of Lethbridge has brought back its Mighty Neighbors initiative for winter.
The Mighty Neighbours Winter Warrior Edition began in 2024 to highlight the work done by members of the community who make Lethbridge a better place by shoveling snow, clearing debris from storm drains and more.
Heather Gowland, Transportation Communication Strategist with the City of Lethbridge says, “We’re really happy to bring this initiative back for another winter season. Last year we saw close to 100 nominations, each recounting neighbourhood stories with community spirit that improves the comfort, safety, and accessibility for everyone”.
Each winter month,one submitted nomination will be drawn, and the nominator from this entry will receive a small recognition gift to share with their nominee.
