LETHBRIDGE, AB – Lethbridge Police are asking for the public’s help to find a woman charged in connection with the alleged abuse of her one-year-old son.

In May 2024, a one-year-old boy was taken to Chinook Regional Hospital with life-threatening injuries. The toddler was later transported to a children’s hospital in critical condition.

Police launched an investigation, and determined the toddler sustained significant blunt force trauma and other inflicted injuries while he was in the care of his mother.

Delia Teri Joy Grey was charged with aggravated assault, failing to provide the necessaries of life and criminal negligence causing bodily harm, but efforts by LPS to locate her have been unsuccessful.

Police are asking anyone who has seen her to contact LPS at 403-328-4444. Anonymous tips can also be submitted to Crime Stoppers at www.p3tips.com or 1-800-222-8477.
