LPS seeking witnesses in west side pedestrian hit-and-run

The Lethbridge Police Service (LPS) is asking for the public’s help as they investigate a pedestrian collision.

At approximately 5:04 p.m. on Monday, February 10, 2025, police say a male youth was crossing Jerry Potts Blvd West in the area of Mike Mountain Horse School when he was struck by a vehicle. The boy sustained minor injuries.

LPS says the driver of the vehicle did not attempt to stop.

The photo at the top of this article shows that the vehicle in question was a silver sedan, but police were not able to identify the vehicle or driver.

Anybody who was in the area between 4:55 and 5:15 p.m. on Monday and may have witnessed the incident, or who has home security video or dashcam footage, is asked to call LPS at 403-328-4444 and reference file 25002385.
