The people of Lethbridge turned up in a big way to ensure seniors and people living with disabilities can have good meals.

The team behind the Lethbridge Meals on Wheels 23 Days of Christmas Campaign says $30,000 was raised in the 2024 iteration.

For the last 16 years, the initiative has seen Select People Solutions and Teamworks Career Centre partner with Meals on Wheels and Cuppers Coffee & Tea.

Teamworks CEO Ryan Miller says he is deeply grateful to their community partners and supporters who gave back.

“The impact of this program has been truly remarkable, and we are proud of what we’ve accomplished together. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to every individual, volunteer, and organization that has contributed to this effort. Your dedication and generosity have made an immense difference in the lives of so many,” says Miller.

The funds have gone directly toward providing nutritious meals for seniors and those in need during December. Thousands of meals were delivered

More than $374,000 has been raised since the inception of the local campaign.
