Survey launched for future 5 Street South improvements

The City of Lethbridge wants to hear from you on how 5 Street South should be reimagined.

It has launched a survey for upcoming work on the section between 1 Avenue South and 6 Avenue South.

“Known for its historic charm and vibrant local businesses, this downtown corridor is ready to be reimagined — and we want your input,” reads a media release from the City of Lethbridge.

The online survey can be accessed here until August 26, 2025.

No construction is currently planned, but the municipality is conducting environmental and geotechnical assessments, gathering public feedback on priorities and opportunities, and defining the project’s scope, budget, and timeline.
