The unofficial results for the municipal election in the Town of Pincher Creek have been announced.
Wayne Oliver ran unopposed for mayor and therefore won by acclamation.
Seven people sought to fill six seats on town council. The projected winners are:
- Valerie Wynder
- Sahra Nodge
- Mark Barber
- Brian McGillvray
- Gord McMullen
- Bernice Cyr
The results will be made official at noon on Friday, Oct. 24.
