LPS seeking suspect in hit-and-run collision

UPDATE (Dec. 4 @ 1:00 p.m.): The Lethbridge Police Service says the suspect has been identified and that charges are pending. LPS thanks the public for their assistance.

The Lethbridge Police Service (LPS) is asking for your help in locating a suspect.

At approximately 2:00 p.m. on October 29, 2025, officers were called to the parking lot of Pure Casino Lethbridge on reports of a hit-and-run collision.

A woman said she returned to her parked vehicle to find that it had been damaged. There was no note left on the vehicle.

LPS reviewed video surveillance footage and obtained images of a man and his vehicle.

The vehicle is described as a newer model, black Buick Encore GX.

Anyone who recognizes the man or the vehicle, or who has information that could assist in the investigation, is asked to call LPS at 403-328-4444 and reference file 25021230.
