Interfaith Food Bank grateful for community’s support
Officials with the Interfaith Food Bank in Lethbridge are thanking residents for their consistent support and cooperation over the past year as they’ve worked to meet food security needs in the community.
“We are grateful to have such great partners that allow us to create maximum impact for the people we serve,” reads a press release from the organization on Monday.
“A reminder that Interfaith Food Bank will close at noon tomorrow, Tuesday Dec. 23, when all of our Elves will focus on spending Christmas with their own friends and families, and we will return to full operations on Monday, Jan. 5, 2026.
“Streets Alive will be provided with additional hampers to help anyone that requires emergency support during our closure, but clients are not eligible for another hamper until January so no one will be going without while we’re away.
