Police ask for caution during current winter driving conditions

LETHBRIDGE –  Police in the city and around southern Alberta dealt with multiple collisions Friday.  There were numerous colliions on Crowsnest trail and the public is askws to slow down. 

The speed limit on Whoop Drive has also been reduced to 60 km/h due to icy road conditions. 

It’s expected that the conditions will become worse over night and through Saturday morning.  Police recommend the public refrain from driving if it’s not necessary.
