Lethbridge property assessment notices have been mailed out

Jan 2, 2026 | 11:02 AM

Residential and commercial property owners are set to receive one of their favourite annual notices from the City of Lethbridge.

The City says it sent property assessment notices through the mail on Friday, January 2.

If you have not received your notice by January 19, you can contact 311 (or 403-320-3111 if you are outside of Lethbridge) to get a copy.

Property owners can also review and reprint their assessment notices by registering their property through MyCity at Lethbridge.ca/MyCity.

Those who have signed up to receive their notice by email should now have it in the email address that is registered to their MyCity account.

Questions about property assessments can be addressed to assessment staff through 311, or by email at assessment@lethbridge.ca.

If you are not satisfied with the assessed value of your property, a formal complaint can be filed prior to the appeal deadline.
