Lethbridge’s best home builders honoured at gala

The very best home builders in Lethbridge have been recognized for their achievements.

BILD Lethbridge hosted its 27th annual Awards of Excellence in Housing Gala on Friday, Feb. 6, 2026.

A total of 27 awards were given out to developers, renovators, home builders, professional services, and suppliers.

Bridget Mearns, Executive Officer at BILD Lethbridge, says 2025 was a year of pride and resilience across Lethbridge’s residential construction industry.

“From home building to trades, services, and product suppliers, our members proudly put their work forward to be judged—not through nominations, but by entering their own projects. The talent, craftsmanship, and professionalism on display is exceptional, and the commitment to excellence across our industry is something our entire community can celebrate,” says Mearns.

• Builder of the Year – Stranville Living Master Builder
• Custom Builder of the Year – Van Arbor Homes
• Renovator of the Year – Reside Custom Builders
• Best Supplier – Durabuilt Windows & Doors
• Best Professional Services – BOA

BILD Lethbridge also posthumously inducted Don Donison into its Hall of Fame at the gala.
