Lethbridge Food Bank achieves national Standards of Excellence accreditation

The Lethbridge Food Bank is being recognized for its commitment to delivering safe, reliable, and dignified food access.
The food bank has officially been accredited with the Standards of Excellence designation from Food Banks Canada for demonstrating the highest levels of accountability, food safety, governance, and community impact.
“We are honoured to receive this accreditation,” says Dale Zielke, Lethbridge Food Bank president. “It affirms the dedication of our staff, volunteers, donors, and partners who work tirelessly to strengthen food security in our community. This recognition belongs to all of Lethbridge.”
The food bank will receive its official certificate and recognition materials from Food Banks Canada in the coming weeks.
