Stitch It Forward Society of Lethbridge celebrating fifth anniversary

The Stitch It Forward Society of Lethbridge is celebrating its fifth anniversary.

The charity organization is holding a sewing day on April 18 and inviting the public to join in the sewing, knitting, crocheting, and card making as part of the celebration.

In the past five years, Stitch It Forward has made over 101,020 items, served 96 Albertan organizations, and clocked over 123,000 volunteer hours.

The sewing day will be offering multiple projects to work on, as well as plenty of snacks and a lunch service, as well as door prizes for attendees.
