Lethbridge boy brings home titles from 2026 Montana State Racquetball Tournament

A nine-year-old Lethbridge boy has earned himself multiple titles after competing at the 2026 Montana State Racquetball Tournament in Great Falls, Montana over the weekend.

Makaio White was the only Canadian competing in the tournament and took home two championship titles, the Junior Singles title and Men’s C Singles title. He was also the runner-up in the Men’s B Singles Division.

Officials note White was the youngest player in all three divisions and defeated challengers from different racquetball clubs in Montana.

He also competed in the 2026 Alberta Provincials that were held in Calgary on March 27-29, winning the Men’s C Division title.
