Asian celebration planned for May 23rd in Lethbridge

Mark Saturday, May 23rd on your calendar if you love Far East cuisine and traditions as the Southern Alberta Ethnic Association recognizes May as Asian Heritage Month.

The SAEA says the one-day festival will bring a rich tapestry of traditions, cultures, and histories that define Lethbridge & area.

It”s one of many, but the most high-profile event, the group will be hosting this month.

Several different cultures will be represented at the celebration including Nepalese, Indian, Persian, Iranian, and Chinese.
