Producers in MD of Taber can now apply for liquid Strychnine

Registration is now open in the MD of Taber for eligible agricultural producers wanting to acquire 2% liquid strychnine to control the Richardson’s ground squirrel.

Anyone applying, though, will need to take a mandatory stewardship training course which covers the safe handling and proper use of the product.

Deadline to register is May 22nd.

Keep in mind, there is a limited supply.
