Convocation ceremonies planned for Lethbridge Polytechnic

It’s graduation week for a number of students at Lethbridge Polytechnic with the main ceremonies set for 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. on Friday.

The institute is also hosting an Honour Night for Indigenous graduates on Thursday in the Garden Court dining room.

In all, more than 1,230 students will receive either a diploma, certificate, or degree, with about half that number expected to cross the stage Friday.

The morning event will recognize graduates from the Centre for Justice and Human Services and the Centre for Trades and Technologies, while the afternoon session will feature the grad class for the Centre for Health and Wellness and the Centre for Business, Arts and Sciences.
