April 22, 1952 – May 19, 2026

DENNIS DAVID STRINGAM passed away peacefully on Tuesday, May 19, 2026, at the age of 74, following a short but fierce battle with cancer.

Born on April 22, 1952, Dennis grew up loving the ranching lifestyle and the wide-open country that shaped much of who he was. He was happiest around trucks, cars, and the excitement of performance racing. Dennis also had a lifelong passion for trucking and spent many years on the road, where he found both purpose and freedom.

Dennis was predeceased by his father, Bryce Coleman Stringam; his mother, Mary Stringam (née Morgan); and longtime friend, Karen Ortlieb.

He is survived by his daughters, Stacy (Chad) Lysak and Chelsea Stringam (Jeff Ainscough); and by his grandchildren, Rose and Lincoln Ainscough.

The family would also like to express sincere gratitude to Seamless Cares Ltd. for the compassion, dignity, and care they provided to Dennis.

Dennis will be remembered for his independent nature, his love of ranch life and trucking, and the strength and determination he showed in his final days.

A private family service will be held to honor his life.
