Don’t want weed control? Contact Lethbridge County ASAP

A reminder if you live in Lethbridge County and don’t want roadside spraying for weeds being done along your property line to have both approved signage in place and your decision noted.

“No Spray Zone” signs are supplied by the County, but it points out anyone who opts out of the program will be responsible for their own weed control.

To file, you will need to prove land ownership.

That can be done through the County’s administration office on 4th Avenue South, Monday through Friday between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., but the County warns spraying will begin very soon.
