Bulls’ first baseman Carter Claerhout takes WCBL’s first 2026 Alberta Player of the Week honours

Lethbridge Bulls first baseman Carter Claerhout has been named the WCBL’s first 2026 Alberta Player of the Week.

In his first eight games, the Red Deer native had 15 hits, including three doubles, scored seven runs, and had nine RBI’s for a batting average of .441 and beat out teammates Connor Crowson and Kalem Henry, Cal Gates from Okotoks, and Sylvan Lake’s Maddox Shaver, for the honour.
