Excite Lethbridge pair earn Top 10 Under 40 distinctions from fairs & exhibitions association

Two members of a southern Alberta organization are receiving national acclaim for their event planning work with Excite Lethbridge. 

Kaira Cale and Kathleen Boniol have both earned Top 10 Under 40 honours by the Canadian Association of Fairs and Exhibitions.

Event Development director Paul Kingsmith said the pair have led some of the region’s largest events since starting on the same day back in 2023.

In Kingsmith’s words – “…they share a vision for excellence and can translate their visions into real results. They’re natural leaders.”
