Battle of the Badges: Lethbridge Police versus Fire & Emergency Services

This year’s Battle of the Badges charity softball game is set to go this Saturday (June 27) at Spitz Stadium in Lethbridge. 

Besides being a chance for bragging rights, the annual event between the Lethbridge Police Service and Fire & Emergency Services is also a fundraiser. 

This year, money collected by LPS or Team Blue will go to support Special Olympics, while for Team Red, it’s for pediatric recreational equipment at Chinook Regional Hospital. 

Besides the game, there’s also a silent auction featuring custom police and fire jerseys and a 50/50 raffle.
