Entries now being accepted for Coalhurst’s Miners Days parade

With Canada Day now out of the way, the Town of Coalhurst is getting itself ready for the annual Miners Days celebrations later this month. 

And it’s now accepting entries for the parade, which is set for July 25th at 10:30 sharp. 

The parade, which is free to enter, will begin forming between 8 and 9:30 on the north side of the high school. 

Judging will follow from 9:45 to 10:15 with ribbons awarded in six different categories: Best Overall, Children’s, Commercial, Municipal, Vehicle, and Group.
